If you are starting from Old Quebec, head southeast on Rue du Petit-Champlain towards Rue de la Place Royale. Continue straight until you reach Rue Saint-Jean. Turn right onto Rue Saint-Jean and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenue Honoré-Mercier. Turn left onto Avenue Honoré-Mercier, and you will find the National Assembly of Quebec at 1150 Avenue Honoré-Mercier on your right.

From the Château Frontenac, walk to the nearby 'Château Frontenac' bus stop. Take Bus 800 or 801 towards the 'Gare du Palais' station. Get off at the 'Parlement' stop. Walk south on Rue des Parlementaires for a short distance, and you will see the National Assembly of Quebec at 1150 Avenue Honoré-Mercier.

If you are near the Plains of Abraham, exit the park and head towards the entrance on Rue de la Reine. Walk down Rue de la Reine until you reach Rue des Parlementaires. Turn left onto Rue des Parlementaires, and continue walking until you reach the National Assembly of Quebec.
