If you are starting from the Château Frontenac, exit the hotel and head towards Terrasse Dufferin. Walk along the boardwalk towards the Old Port area. Continue walking until you reach Rue Saint-Jean. Turn left onto Rue Saint-Jean and follow it until you reach Place d'Armes. From there, proceed down Boulevard de Maisonneuve until you arrive at Rue du Petit-Champlain. Follow this street until you reach Passage du Chien-d'Or, where the Saint François de Laval Monument is located.

From the Old Port area, head to the nearest bus stop, which is usually located along Rue Saint-Paul. Take the bus number 11 heading towards Montmorency. Get off at the stop called 'Château Frontenac'. From there, walk towards Terrasse Dufferin and continue towards Rue Saint-Jean. Once on Rue Saint-Jean, turn left and follow the street until you reach Place d'Armes. Proceed down Boulevard de Maisonneuve, and turn onto Rue du Petit-Champlain until you arrive at Passage du Chien-d'Or.
