Walking
If you're starting from Old Quebec, make your way to Rue de l'Église and head northeast. Continue straight until you reach Rue Sainte-Anne, then turn left. Follow Rue Sainte-Anne as it curves and becomes Côte de la Montagne. Keep walking uphill until you reach Côte de la Citadelle. The Citadelle of Québec will be on your right at 1 Côte de la Citadelle.

From the central area of Quebec City, head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus number 800 towards 'Limoilou'. Get off at the 'Côte de la Citadelle' stop. From there, walk a short distance down Côte de la Citadelle, and you will find the Citadelle on your right at 1 Côte de la Citadelle. Make sure to check the current bus schedule for timings.
