Stay on ON-400 N for about 65 km, then take exit 36 for ON-89 E toward Alliston. After about 30 km, merge onto ON-10 N. Continue on ON-10 N for approximately 30 km until you reach ON-540. Turn right onto ON-540 and follow it for about 20 km. The Cup and Saucer Nature Reserve will be on your left at 4097 ON-540, Sheguiandah, ON P0P 1W0.
