Ferry
To reach Olympic Island, start at the Toronto mainland. Head to the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal, located at 9 Queens Quay W. You can take the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) subway to Union Station, then walk south along York Street until you reach Queens Quay. The terminal is easily visible from the waterfront. Purchase your ferry ticket at the ticket booth and wait for the next ferry to Olympic Island. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes, and it will drop you off directly on the island.

If you wish to use public transit, take any subway line to Union Station. From Union Station, exit and head towards the waterfront. You can take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar from Union Station directly to the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, follow the instructions above to purchase your ferry ticket and board the ferry to Olympic Island.
