If you’re traveling by car, start your journey from Coyhaique, the capital of the Aysén Region. Head north on Route 7, the Carretera Austral, towards Puerto Cisnes. After approximately 2.5 hours, you will reach Puerto Cisnes. From there, continue on Route 7 for about 35 kilometers (around 30 minutes) until you reach the turn-off towards Sector Ventisquero. Follow the signs to Termas Ventisquero, which will be approximately 20 kilometers along this road. Make sure your vehicle has good clearance, as parts of the road can be rough. Keep in mind that there may be an entry fee to access the hot springs, which is around 30,000 CLP per person.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Coyhaique to Puerto Cisnes. Buses leave regularly from the Coyhaique terminal and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arriving in Puerto Cisnes, you will need to catch a taxi or arrange for a local transfer service to take you to Termas Ventisquero, which is approximately 35 kilometers away. Make sure to confirm the cost of the taxi before departure, as it may vary; expect to pay around 15,000 to 25,000 CLP.
