Car
If you are driving from Castro, the capital of Chiloé, take Route 5 south towards Quellón. After approximately 37 kilometers, take the exit towards Route 225, heading towards Puqueldón. Continue on Route 225 for about 12 kilometers. When you arrive in Puqueldón, follow signs for Detif. The Church of Detif is located in the village of Detif, just off the main road. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Castro, take a bus to Quellón. Buses depart regularly from the main terminal. Once you reach Quellón, transfer to a local bus heading towards Puqueldón. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. After arriving in Puqueldón, you can either walk or take a taxi to the village of Detif, which is approximately 4 kilometers away. Expect to pay around 2,000 CLP for the taxi. If walking, follow the main road straight to the church.
