Follow Ruta D-540 for about 20 km, where you'll find the entrance to Parque Nacional Fray Jorge on your right. Ensure you have cash for the entrance fee, which is approximately CLP 2,000 per person.

To reach Parque Nacional Fray Jorge via public transportation, take a bus from La Serena or Coquimbo to Ovalle. From Ovalle, you can find local transport options or taxis that can take you directly to the park entrance on Ruta D-540. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance. The bus fare from La Serena to Ovalle is around CLP 5,000.
