    If you are driving, start your journey from the city of Valdivia. Take Route 5 towards the north for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 203. Take the exit for Route 203 and continue for around 30 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Panguipulli. Follow the signs for Mirador Rucatrehua, which is located along Route 203. The observation deck will be on your right side. Ensure you have a GPS or map app to assist with navigation.

    To reach Mirador Rucatrehua by public transport, start by taking a bus from Valdivia to Panguipulli. Buses to Panguipulli depart frequently from Valdivia's terminal, and the journey takes about 2 hours.
