If you are driving from Punta Arenas, head southeast on Route 9 towards Puerto Natales. After approximately 60 km, take a right onto Route 255 towards Timaukel. Follow this road for about 100 km until you reach the town of Timaukel. From Timaukel, continue on the dirt road for about 15 km until you reach Parque Natural Karukinka. Make sure to have a reliable vehicle as some parts of the road may be rough.
