From the center of Santiago, take Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins (also known as La Alameda) southbound. Continue straight for approximately 3.5 km until you reach a fork, then keep right onto Avenida 21 de Mayo. Continue on this road for about 200 meters and take a left onto Calle Huérfanos. You will find Maipo Wine Tours located on your right side after approximately 500 meters.
