Getting There

    From the main bus terminal in Valdivia (Terminal de Buses de Valdivia), take a bus heading towards Corral. Buses to Corral run frequently, so check the schedule for the next available departure. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Corral, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, follow the signs towards Castillo San Pedro de Alcantara, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head east on Calle O'Higgins, then take a left onto Avenida Costanera, which leads directly to the museum.

  • Boat

    Alternatively, you can also take a scenic boat trip from Valdivia to Corral. Head to the Valdivia River dock, where you can find boats that offer services to Corral. The boat ride takes about 1.5 hours. Upon arriving in Corral, exit the boat and head towards Castillo San Pedro de Alcantara, which is about a 15-minute walk east along Calle O'Higgins, then left onto Avenida Costanera.
