From Plaza Sotomayor, take the Ascensor Concepción (Concepción Funicular) located at the corner of Avenida Pedro Montt and Calle Concepción. The funicular ride will take you uphill to the Concepción neighborhood. Once you exit at the top, turn left onto Calle Concepción and follow it until you reach the intersection with Paseo Gervasoni. Turn right onto Paseo Gervasoni, and you will find the observation deck at the end of the path.

If you are near Plaza Victoria, start by heading down Calle Urriola towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach Calle San Martin.
