    From Plaza Aníbal Pinto in Valparaíso's "El Plan" (the flat area), walk up Subida Cummings, located behind the monument to Carlos Condell. After a short distance, turn right onto Avenida Elías. The lower station of the Ascensor Reina Victoria is located on this street, next to the Altamira brewery. Cost: Free to reach the base of the ascensor.

    From the Valparaíso bus terminal on Avenida Pedro Montt, take bus line 612, also known as the “O” bus. This bus will take you close to Plaza Aníbal Pinto.
