Walking
From the center of Plan, head towards Avenida Brasil. Once you reach the intersection with Calle Latorre, turn left and walk up the hill. Continue straight until you reach the Plaza Aníbal Pinto. From the plaza, take a right onto Calle Almirante Montt. Follow this street until you see the signs for 'Cerro Bellavista'. Continue walking uphill, and after about 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at La Sebastiana, located at Ricardo de Ferrari 692.

Funicular
If you prefer not to walk uphill, you can take the Ascensor Concepción funicular from the Plaza Concepción. The funicular will take you up to the Cerro Concepción area. Once at the top, exit the funicular and turn left onto Calle Papudo. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Calle Ricardo de Ferrari. Turn right, and you will find La Sebastiana on your left at number 692. The funicular ride costs approximately 300 CLP (Chilean Pesos) per trip.
