If you are in the center of Viña del Mar, start at Plaza de Viña del Mar. Head northeast on Av. Libertad towards Av. San Martín. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Av. San Martín. Turn left onto Av. San Martín and walk towards the coast. After about 5 minutes, you will reach the beautiful coastline. Keep walking along the coast until you reach the famous Playa de los Cañones. From there, you should see signs directing you toward the Mirador Pablo Neruda, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill.
