Walking
If you are in the historic center of Cartagena, start at Plaza de los Coches, a popular square. Walk towards the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj). From there, head straight along Calle 30 until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la República. Turn left onto Avenida de la República and continue walking until you reach Avenida Pedro de Heredia. Turn right on Avenida Pedro de Heredia, and you will find Baluarte de San Lucas at number 2116, along the left side of the avenue.

If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Old City. Head towards the waterfront along the Malecón, enjoying the sea view. Continue cycling along the coast until you reach Avenida Pedro de Heredia. Once on Avenida Pedro de Heredia, cycle along the avenue until you see Baluarte de San Lucas at #2116 on your right.

Public Transport (Bus or Transcaribe)
If you choose to take public transport, locate a nearby Transcaribe bus station. Take a bus that heads towards the San Diego area. Get off at the San Diego stop, which is closest to Baluarte de San Lucas. From the bus stop, walk up Avenida Pedro de Heredia for about 5 minutes. Baluarte de San Lucas is located at #2116 on your left.
