If you're driving, take the road from Pereira towards Salento. You will need to follow the signs for Salento and then look for signs directing you to Cocora Valley. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Salento, continue straight until you see the signs for Cocora Valley. There is a parking area at the entrance to the valley. Parking costs around 5,000 COP (Colombian Pesos) for the day.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Cocora Valley via public transport, head to the main bus terminal in Pereira. Look for a bus heading to Salento; these buses run frequently throughout the day. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 10,000 COP. Once you arrive in Salento, find the smaller buses or jeeps that go to Cocora Valley. This ride costs around 3,000 COP and takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Cocora.
