If you're traveling by car, start from the main plaza in Guatape. Head southeast on Calle 30 towards Carrera 24. Turn left onto Carrera 24 and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Calle 33. Continue straight on Calle 33 until you reach Calle 35. Turn left onto Calle 35, and you will find Parroquia Nuestra Señora Del Perpetuo Socorro at Cl. 35 #48-8. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware of local parking regulations.

To reach Parroquia Nuestra Señora Del Perpetuo Socorro via public transportation, first, you need to take a bus from Guatape to Medellín. The bus terminal in Guatape is located near the main plaza. Board a bus heading to Medellín, which takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Medellín bus terminal, you can take a taxi or use the Medellín Metro. If you opt for the Metro, take Line A towards Niquía and transfer at San Antonio station to Line B towards San Javier. Get off at the Perpetuo Socorro station. From there, it's a short walk to Cl. 35 #48-8, where the church is located.
