If you're driving, start from the main town area of San Andrés and take the ferry to Providencia. The ferry ride is about 45 minutes and costs approximately 50,000 COP per person. Once you arrive in Providencia, drive north towards Manchaneel Beach. The beach is located on the northern coast of the island, and the drive will take around 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Manchaneel Beach.
Public Transportation
To reach Manchaneel Beach using public transportation, first take a bus or taxi from San Andrés to the ferry terminal. Buses cost around 5,000 COP. Once you reach the ferry terminal, purchase your ticket for the ferry to Providencia (approximately 50,000 COP). After arriving in Providencia, you can take a local bus or taxi to Manchaneel Beach. The local bus is very affordable at around 2,000 COP, and the taxi will cost about 20,000 COP for the trip.
