If you are driving from the center of Leticia, head southeast on Avenida de la Paz towards Calle 11. Continue straight, and then turn left onto Calle 8. Follow this road, which will turn into Vía Tarapacá. Keep driving for about 11 km. You will see signs for Omshanty Jungle Lodge on your right. There is usually no toll on this route.

To reach Omshanty Jungle Lodge using public transportation, start from the main square in Leticia (Plaza de los Libertadores). Look for a mototaxi or a bus heading towards Tarapacá. The fare for a mototaxi is typically around 10,000 COP, while a bus may cost about 3,000 COP. Inform the driver that you are going to 'Omshanty Jungle Lodge' or 'Km 11 Vía Tarapacá'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye out for the lodge entrance, as it will be on your right side along Vía Tarapacá.
