To reach Tourguides Medellín using the Metro, start by going to the nearest Metro station. If you are in the city center, you can go to the 'Parque Berrío' station. From there, take Line A (the blue line) towards 'Niquía'. You will need to change stations at 'San Antonio' to Line B (the green line) towards 'Ayura'. Get off at 'Ayura' station, exit the station and head to the bus stop for the 'Metroplus' B line. Take the Metroplus bus towards 'El Poblado'. Get off at 'La Mota' stop, and walk approximately 10 minutes to 'Cra 75 DA #2B sur - 320'.

If you prefer to take a bus, locate a bus stop near you and ask for the buses heading towards 'La Mota' or 'Belén'. Buses 300, 304, or 305 can take you there. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'La Mota' neighborhood. Disembark at 'Cra 75' and walk a short distance to 'Cra 75 DA #2B sur - 320'.
