Walking
From Parque Caldas, the main square in Popayán, El Pueblito Patojo is approximately a 20-30 minute walk. Head north on Calle 5 towards Carrera 9. Continue onto Cra. 6, passing the Universidad del Cauca on your left. Turn left onto Cl 1 Nte. Continue straight; El Pueblito Patojo will be on your right. There are no specific access fees for reaching the entrance.
Public Transport
Several local buses run from the city center to near El Pueblito Patojo. From Parque Caldas, take any bus heading north along Carrera 6. Ask the driver to drop you off near El Morro de Tulcán or Pueblito Patojo. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk to the entrance. A single bus fare costs approximately 2,200 COP.
Taxi/Ride Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Popayán. From anywhere in the city center, simply tell the driver 'El Pueblito Patojo'. A taxi ride from Parque Caldas will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The estimated fare is between 4,000 and 6,000 COP. Ride-sharing apps like Beat or Didi are also available.
