From Plaza de Bolívar, head east on Calle 12 until you reach the beach. Turn left onto the beach promenade and walk along the coast. When you reach Calle 15, you will arrive at Parque Camellón Rodrigo de Bastidas on your left. Walking is free.

From any central location, take a local bus or a 'moto-taxi' going towards Comuna 2. Ask the driver to drop you off at Cl. 15. Walk towards the ocean, and you will find Parque Camellón Rodrigo de Bastidas at Cl. 15 #1. Bus fare is approximately 2,000 COP.
