Amazing tour

We had a great 4 day trip to the lost city with guide Miguel and cook Ricardo. The views were amazing and we had the chance to meet local people. There are also stops where you cab swim in the river and near waterfalls.

Highly recommend, had a great time

First, I wanna start off by saying that I had such a great time. I decided to take a trip to Santa Marta for three days. I was able to see what I really wanted to see. For example we went to Minca & Tayrona. I did one each day. For starters I dont speak Spanish and Cesar was very helpful. He was with me all day, took me around everywhere and made sure I felt safe. I think the highlight of booking this trip is that these Tour Guide’s like Cesar knows exactly where to find the wildlife. We would be on a Random walk in Tayrona, and all of a sudden they have me look up to the right and there was either a different animal or a bird. I just thought it was really cool that he knew exactly where to look. I would highly recommend this tour with Cesar knew exactly where I should be looking and that’s how I got the amazing pictures. I also was picked up from the airport and that was very simple. They took me straight to my hotel and I felt really safe. Overall, the trip was really great. I would highly recommend this. I had such a great time. I think I also got really lucky because the weather wasamazing. I went in the middle of April, which was really awesome. And also right at the end of my trip in Santa Marta, Cesar organized a car that took me to Barranquila, which was really awesome for me. Friendly and will be back with them

Hike Tayrona in one day

Great option if you really want to visit Tayrona but you don’t have a lot of time/aren’t visiting Santa Marta. I looked at multiple tours and this was one of few options that picked up in Cartagena where I was staying. The bus hotel pickup was on time and very convenient, Reyes confirmed with me and sent details a few days in advance. The local guide was very experienced and pointed out cappuccino monkeys and iguanas. If you want the full experience this tour is better for people who Spanish fluently as the local guide does not speak much English and speaks Spanish very quickly. Everyone else on my tour spoke Spanish, I only speak a little. I still had a great time, as I just wanted to hike Tayrona (specifically the rainforest portion up to Cabo San Juan) and see some animals, and I didn’t have anyone else to go with. Fair warning the pace was pretty brisk without many breaks and we hiked 14 miles over ground that was uneven at times so I would recommend to those who have a higher fitness level. The people in my group were on a similar page so it worked out. This was a great memory for me! Cabo San Juan is perhaps the prettiest and most peaceful beach I have ever seen.
