From the center of Canon City, head south on 4th Street towards Main Street. Continue straight onto Royal Gorge Blvd. Walk for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection of Royal Gorge Blvd and US-50. Cross US-50 to continue on Royal Gorge Blvd. After crossing, keep walking straight; you will eventually reach the entrance to the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park. The Via Ferrata is located inside the park.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Canon City Riverwalk. Head towards 4th Street and take a left heading south. Follow 4th Street until you reach Royal Gorge Blvd. Turn right and continue biking on Royal Gorge Blvd for about 1.5 miles. After you cross US-50, continue straight until you arrive at the entrance of Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, where you can access the Via Ferrata.
