Discover more about The Infinite Monkey Theorem

The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) offers a unique winery experience in the heart of Denver's vibrant River North (RiNo) Art District. Unlike traditional wineries with sprawling vineyards, IMT operates in an urban setting, sourcing grapes from Colorado's Western Slopes and the Texas High Plains. This allows them to focus on crafting quality wines in a more accessible and engaging environment. Founded in 2008, IMT was born from a desire to break away from the perceived pretentiousness of the traditional wine industry. Founder Ben Parsons aimed to create a space where wine is approachable and enjoyable for everyone. This vision is reflected in IMT's industrial-chic taproom, which hosts a variety of events, including live music, art shows, and even puppy yoga. IMT is perhaps best known for its pioneering work with canned wines. Recognizing the active Colorado lifestyle, IMT embraced cans as a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to bottles. These single-serving cans are perfect for outdoor adventures, and the aluminum is 100% recyclable. IMT also supports the local community through its bottle giveback program, donating proceeds from every bottle sold to local charities. Visitors to IMT can enjoy a variety of wine tasting experiences, including guided tours of the winemaking facility. Knowledgeable staff guide guests through the winemaking process, from grape to glass (or can!), offering samples of bottled, kegged, and canned wines.
