The Mission Ballroom stands as a beacon for live music in Denver's River North Art District (RiNo). Opened in August 2019, this 60,000-square-foot venue has a scalable design that can accommodate audiences from 2,200 to 3,950, offering an intimate yet spacious experience.
The ballroom is operated by AEG Presents Rocky Mountains, and it was designed with inspiration from venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Brooklyn Steel, and The Anthem. The venue boasts a state-of-the-art sound system designed by D&B Audiotechnik, ensuring exceptional acoustics throughout the space. A unique feature is its noise-canceling system, which eliminates muddled sounds. The Mission Ballroom also features a movable stage, allowing the venue to tailor the space to suit different events and crowd sizes.
Beyond the music, the Mission Ballroom offers a complete experience with full-service bars strategically placed for optimal flow and convenience. Public Transport
The Mission Ballroom is accessible via RTD's A Line to the 38th & Blake Station, a short walk from the venue. From Union Station, the A Line is a direct route. A 3-hour pass costs $2.75, and a day pass is $5.50. Bus route 48 also stops right outside the Mission Ballroom at 43rd/Brighton.
Ride Share
Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Denver and offer a convenient way to reach the Mission Ballroom. From downtown Denver, a ride typically costs between $15 and $25, depending on traffic and demand. The suggested drop-off location is at 41st and Wynkoop.
Driving
If driving, paid parking is available on-site at North Wynkoop, but it's not overnight parking. Additional parking options are available in nearby lots, such as the Denver Coliseum. Mission Ballroom also offers preferred parking that can be purchased online in advance. Prices for nearby parking can range from $5 to $20.
