If you are in the heart of Cherry Creek, start by heading east on E 1st Ave toward the intersection with Colorado Blvd. Continue walking until you reach Colorado Blvd, which should take about 15 minutes. Once you reach Colorado Blvd, turn left and walk north. After a few blocks, you will come across the entrance to Denver Botanic Gardens on your left at 1007 York St. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile.

From Cherry Creek, you can take the RTD bus service. Head to the nearest bus stop on Colorado Blvd and look for Route 10 (the bus heading towards downtown). Board the bus and ride for about 5 stops until you reach the stop at 'York St & 10th Ave'. From there, it's a short walk east on 10th Ave to the entrance of the Denver Botanic Gardens at 1007 York St. The bus fare is approximately $3.00 for a one-way trip.
