Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Union Station, exit the station and head south on 17th Street. Turn left on Wazee Street and walk for about 5 minutes. You will arrive at 1620 Wazee St, where Denver's Historic Chinatown Marker is located.

• Public Transit (Light Rail)

  If you are near a light rail station, take the light rail towards the Union Station stop. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and head south on 17th Street. Turn left on Wazee Street and after a 5-minute walk, you will reach 1620 Wazee St, the location of Denver's Historic Chinatown Marker. Note that light rail tickets cost approximately $3.00.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  Look for a nearby bus stop. Routes such as the 1, 6, or 10 can take you to the vicinity of Union Station. Get off at Union Station, then exit and walk south on 17th Street. Turn left on Wazee Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach 1620 Wazee St, where the Historic Chinatown Marker is situated. Bus fare is typically $3.00.

• Biking

  If you have access to a bike, you can cycle to the marker. From the 16th Street Mall, head west on 16th Street, then turn right on Wazee Street. Continue on Wazee Street for about 3-4 minutes until you reach 1620 Wazee St. Be sure to follow local biking rules and wear a helmet.
