Discover more about Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa

Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa, formerly known as Trimble Hot Springs, has a rich history dating back to the Ancient Puebloans who utilized the geothermal springs between 1000-1200 AD. In 1874, Frank Trimble recognized the therapeutic benefits of the springs, establishing the first hotel on the property in 1882. The resort has since evolved, attracting visitors with its healing waters and stunning mountain views. The resort boasts 32 hot spring mineral pools, each offering different temperatures and experiences, along with two cold plunges, a 25-meter swimming pool, and five private cedar ofuro tubs. The waters contain 32 distinct minerals naturally found in the human body, and the resort is the first in the world to infuse medical-grade oxygen into its mineral water. This innovative approach enhances the water's purity and provides a unique opportunity for body rejuvenation. Beyond the pools, guests can enjoy a full-service spa, a reflexology walking path, and a botanic garden. The property is also a National Wildlife Federation-certified wildlife habitat, showcasing over 250 plant species. Open year-round, Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa is a destination for relaxation, wellness, and natural beauty.
