The MacGregors played a crucial role in shaping the Estes Park community, with Clara serving as the town's first postmistress.The main ranch house, constructed in 1896, now serves as the museum. Inside, visitors can explore three generations of MacGregor family belongings, including clothing, photographs, and personal items. The museum also features original furnishings, diaries, and oil paintings. The ranch itself is a testament to the hard work and perseverance of early settlers, and it continues to operate as a working cattle ranch today.Beyond the main house, visitors can take self-guided tours of other historic buildings, including a blacksmith shop, smokehouse, and milk house.
