From downtown Estes Park, head east on Big Thompson Avenue (US-34) for approximately 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Dry Gulch Road and continue north for about 0.5 miles to 1180 Dry Gulch Rd. Parking is available on-site, but a fee may apply. Parking costs are variable but expect to pay around $5-$10 for a few hours.

During peak season, the Estes Park Shuttle offers service around town. Check the schedule for the Estes Park Free Shuttle, and board at a designated stop in downtown Estes Park. Inform the driver you are going to Mustang Mountain Coaster, and they will drop you off as close as possible to 1180 Dry Gulch Rd. From the drop-off point, it is a walk of approximately 1 mile to the coaster. Shuttle service is free.

From the Estes Park Visitor Center at 500 Big Thompson Ave, head east on Big Thompson Ave. Turn left onto Elkhorn Ave, which becomes Moraine Ave. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Dry Gulch Rd. Continue for approximately 0.5 miles to reach the Mustang Mountain Coaster at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd. The walk is approximately 2.5 miles and will take about 50 minutes.
