If you're traveling by car, start from Boulder, CO. Take US-36 W for about 16 miles towards Nederland. Once you arrive in Nederland, turn left onto CO-119 S and continue for about 1 mile. Then turn right onto Lost Lake Road, which is a dirt road. Drive for approximately 3 miles on Lost Lake Road until you reach the Lost Lake Trailhead parking area. Note that the road may become rough and may require a high-clearance vehicle. There is no fee for parking.
