From anywhere in South Central Colorado, head towards US-85 N. If you're coming from Colorado Springs, take I-25 N to the exit for US-85 N towards Denver. Continue on US-85 N until you reach the junction with CO-470 W. Take the exit toward CO-470 W and merge onto CO-470 W. After about 10 miles, take the exit for CO-121 S toward Littleton. Continue on CO-121 S (also known as Wadsworth Blvd) until you reach W Bowles Ave. Turn left on W Bowles Ave and then a right onto S Santa Fe Dr. Continue on S Santa Fe Dr until you reach W Carson Dr. Turn left onto W Carson Dr, and South Platte Park and Carson Nature Center will be on your right at 3000 W Carson Dr, Littleton, CO 80120. Parking is available on-site.

If you are in Denver, you can take the light rail from Union Station to Littleton - Mineral Station. From there, transfer to the #66 bus towards C-470/Plum Creek Pkwy. Get off at the stop for S Santa Fe Dr & W Bowles Ave. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to South Platte Park. Head south on S Santa Fe Dr, then turn left on W Carson Dr, and the nature center will be on your right.
