Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from downtown Steamboat Springs, head east on Lincoln Avenue (US-40). Continue straight for about 0.7 miles until you reach the intersection with 13th Street. Turn left onto 13th Street. After about 0.3 miles, you will reach the intersection with Pamela Lane. Turn right onto Pamela Lane, and Yampa River Botanic Park will be on your left at 1000 Pamela Lane. The park is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from downtown.

    For a scenic bike ride, start from the Yampa River Core Trail located in downtown Steamboat Springs. Head south along the trail, enjoying the views of the river. Continue on the trail until you reach the intersection with 13th Street. From there, turn left onto 13th Street and bike for about 0.3 miles until you reach Pamela Lane. Turn right onto Pamela Lane, and you will find Yampa River Botanic Park on your left at 1000 Pamela Lane. The entire trip should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
