  • Public Transport

    The Bridgeport Transportation Center is a short, well-lit two-block walk from Total Mortgage Arena. This center is serviced by the Metro-North Railroad New Haven line and Amtrak, with frequent service to the arena. Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority also provides bus service to the arena. A one-way train ticket from Metro North stations to Bridgeport costs $3 if purchased at the station or $9 if purchased onboard. Bus fares vary depending on the route.

    From the Bridgeport Transportation Center, walk north on Water Street, then turn right onto South Frontage Road. The arena will be on your right. The walk is approximately 7 minutes.

    From I-95 North, take Exit 27 (Lafayette Blvd/Harbor Yard). At the bottom of the ramp, continue straight along South Frontage Road past Lafayette Street. The next street is Broad Street. Continue straight, and the Arena will be on your right. Parking is available in the surface lots and the transit garage. Prices for parking garages may vary. Metered street parking is available on some streets near the arena and is free on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and after 6 p.m. on weekdays.

Total Mortgage Arena, formerly known as The Arena at Harbor Yard and Webster Bank Arena, has been a cornerstone of downtown Bridgeport's entertainment scene since opening on October 10, 2001. Managed by the Oak View Group, this 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena is home to the Bridgeport Islanders of the American Hockey League (AHL). The arena has a versatile floor system, 33 executive suites, 1,300 club seats, and a modern digital scoreboard.
