If you are starting from the Bridgeport train station, exit the station and head south on Railroad Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn left onto State Street and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn right onto East Main Street and continue walking for another half mile. Look for Waldemere Avenue on your left. Turn left onto Waldemere Avenue, and you will find the Perry Memorial Arch at 188 Waldemere Ave. It should be on your right after a few minutes of walking.

From downtown Bridgeport, you can catch the 5 bus at the bus terminal. Board the bus heading towards the South End. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Waldemere Avenue.
