Car
From anywhere in Eastern Connecticut, take I-95 South toward New York City. Depending on your starting location, you may need to connect to I-91 South or Route 34 East to merge onto I-95. Continue on I-95 South until you reach Exit 30 for Stratford. After exiting, merge onto Main St. and continue straight. Turn right onto Prospect Drive, and you will find Stratford Point Lighthouse at 1275 Prospect Dr, Stratford, CT 06615. There is free parking available near the lighthouse.
Public Transportation
If traveling via public transportation, take a Metro-North train to the Stratford station from New Haven or Bridgeport. Once you arrive at the Stratford station, exit and take the bus route 6 towards the Stratford Town Hall. Get off at the stop closest to Prospect Drive. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
