Public Bus
From Greenwich, head to the nearest bus stop on Greenwich Avenue. Take the Metro-North train to the Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Once at Grand Central, transfer to the Poughkeepsie Line and get off at the Tarrytown station. From there, catch the Rockland County Transit bus (Route 91 or 92) heading towards Sparkill. Get off at the stop closest to Tallman Mountain State Park, which is located along Rte 9W. The park entrance will be within walking distance.

Start your journey at the Greenwich Metro-North train station. Take a train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive, transfer to a train heading to the Hudson Line towards Poughkeepsie. Get off at the Tarrytown station. From Tarrytown, take the Rockland County Transit bus (Route 91 or 92) that goes towards Sparkill. Disembark at the nearest bus stop to Tallman Mountain State Park on Rte 9W. The entrance to the park will be just a short walk from there.
