Train
From Greenwich, walk to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Once there, purchase a ticket to New York Penn Station. Board a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal, which makes a stop at New York Penn Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. After arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to exit the station and head towards 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and walk for about 2 blocks until you reach West 33rd Street. Turn right onto West 33rd Street, and you will find Moynihan Train Hall at 350 W 33rd St on your left.

From Greenwich, head to the nearest bus stop along Route 1 (Post Road). Board the CT Transit Bus Route 10, which will take you towards Stamford. In Stamford, transfer to a Metro-North train bound for New York Penn Station. The bus ride to Stamford takes about 30 minutes, and the train ride from Stamford to Penn Station takes about 50 minutes. Upon arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to exit and walk towards 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue, walk for about 2 blocks to West 33rd Street, and turn right. Moynihan Train Hall at 350 W 33rd St will be on your left.
