Board a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal, which makes a stop at New York Penn Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. After arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to exit the station and head towards 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and walk for about 2 blocks until you reach West 33rd Street. Turn right onto West 33rd Street, and you will find Moynihan Train Hall at 350 W 33rd St on your left.
