Public Transport
The Bowery Ballroom is easily accessible by subway. Take the B or D train to the Grand St station, or the F, J, M, or Z train to the Essex St.-Delancey St. station. From either station, it's a short walk to 6 Delancey Street. Subway fare is $2.90 per ride. Consider using an OMNY card or contactless payment for easy fare payment; after 12 trips in a 7-day period, rides are free.
Walking
If you are already in the Lower East Side or nearby neighborhoods like SoHo or Chinatown, walking to the Bowery Ballroom is a great option. From SoHo, walk east on Canal Street, then turn left onto Bowery and continue to Delancey Street. From Chinatown, walk north on Bowery to Delancey Street. The Bowery Ballroom will be on your left. Be aware of pedestrian traffic and crosswalk signals.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Manhattan. Simply provide the destination address, 6 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002, to the driver. A short taxi ride within Lower Manhattan will likely cost between $10 and $20, depending on traffic and distance. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver or check the ride-sharing app before starting your trip.
Driving
If driving, be aware that the Bowery Ballroom does not have designated parking. Street parking in the area is limited and can be difficult to find, especially during events. Several parking garages are located within walking distance, but rates can vary. Consider booking a parking spot in advance using apps like SpotHero to guarantee a space and potentially save money. Expect to pay between $25 and $40 for 2 hours of parking in a nearby garage. Keep in mind that there might be congestion pricing in effect for areas of Manhattan south of 61st Street.
