At the traffic light, turn right onto Sound Shore Drive. Walk for about 0.2 miles, and you will see Cos Cob Park on your left at 22 Sound Shore Drive.

From central Greenwich, you can take the Metro-North Railroad from the Greenwich Train Station towards New Haven. Get off at the Cos Cob Station, which is just one stop away.
