If you're in downtown Greenwich, start at the Greenwich Train Station. Exit the station and head south on Railroad Avenue until you reach the intersection with Greenwich Avenue. Turn right onto Greenwich Avenue and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Field Point Road. Turn left onto Field Point Road. Walk for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Homestead Inn at 420 Field Point Rd on your right.

From the Greenwich Train Station, take the Metro-North Railroad train towards New Haven. Get off at the next stop, which is the Cos Cob station. Once you exit the station, head east on East Putnam Avenue (Route 1) for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn left onto Field Point Road. Walk for about 0.4 miles, and you will reach the Homestead Inn at 420 Field Point Rd, which will be on your left.
