Car
From Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, head southeast on Mohawk Mountain Rd toward Route 4. Turn right onto Route 4 and continue for about 8 miles. Merge onto Route 8 South via the ramp to Waterbury. Continue on Route 8 South for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 46 toward Torrington. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 202 (East Main St). Follow Route 202 until you reach Main St. Turn left onto Main St. KidsPlay Children's Museum will be on your left at 61 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790. Look for parking nearby, which may be metered or require a small fee.

If you are using public transportation, first take a taxi or rideshare service from Mohawk Mountain Ski Area to the nearest bus station, which is in Winsted. From Winsted, take the CT Transit Bus (Route 5) towards Torrington. The bus will take you to Main St in Torrington. Once you arrive, walk south on Main St for a couple of blocks; KidsPlay Children's Museum will be located at 61 Main St. Please check the current bus schedules and fares, as they may vary.
