From Norwalk City Hall, take the Norwalk Transit District Route 10 bus towards Calf Pasture Beach. Get off at the stop closest to Canfield Avenue and walk towards the beach entrance. The bus fare is approximately $1.75 - $2.00.

From I-95, take Exit 16 for East Avenue. Follow East Avenue towards the beach area, then turn onto Calf Pasture Beach Road. Continue onto Gregory Boulevard, then turn left onto Canfield Avenue. Shady Beach Park will be on your left. Parking fees vary, with non-resident weekday fees at $48, $30 after 5 PM, and $72 on weekends/holidays. Parking is limited, especially during peak season.
