Public Transportation
If you are starting from the Stamford Transportation Center, take the Metro-North train towards New Haven. Disembark at the Stamford train station. From there, you can catch the 341 bus to Cove Island. The bus stop is located on the east side of the station. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as it may not run frequently. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach Cove Island Park.

If you prefer to bike, start from downtown Stamford. Head east on Main Street until you reach Cove Road. Turn left onto Cove Road and follow it straight until you reach Cove Island Park. It is about a 20-30 minute ride, depending on your speed. You will find bike racks at the entrance of the park.
