    From downtown Stamford, you can take the Stamford Transit Bus. Head to the Stamford train station and look for the bus stop at the corner of Station Place and Atlantic Street. Take the #31 bus towards Scofieldtown Road. The bus will take you directly to Scofieldtown Road. Stay alert for the 'Scofieldtown Road' stop. The Stamford Museum & Nature Center is a short walk from the bus stop. Walk east on Scofieldtown Road for about 0.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to the museum on your left.

    If you are already in the North Stamford area, you can walk to the Stamford Museum & Nature Center. From the nearest landmark, such as the North Stamford Recreation Center, head north on Newfield Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Scofieldtown Road. Turn right onto Scofieldtown Road and walk for about 1 mile. The Stamford Museum & Nature Center will be on your right. Make sure to enjoy the scenic views along the way!
