If you are starting from Stamford Town Center, exit the mall and head west onto Main Street. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with W Broad Street. Turn left onto W Broad Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Carousel Pavilion will be on your left, located in Mill River Park.
Public Transit

From the Stamford Train Station, take the CTrail Shore Line East train towards New Haven. Get off at the Stamford station (just one stop). Once you exit the station, walk south towards Main Street.
