From Stamford, head to Stamford Train Station located at 1 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. You can walk to the station from downtown Stamford, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to New York City (Grand Central Terminal). The train ride takes approximately 50 minutes. Upon arriving at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the subway.

At Grand Central Terminal, take the 7 train towards Flushing - Main St. Get off at Times Square-42nd St station, which is just one stop away. Once you exit the subway, follow the signs to 42nd Street and walk towards the intersection with 8th Avenue.

From the Times Square-42nd St station, exit onto 42nd Street and head west towards 9th Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach 1500 W 44th St. The Good Morning America Studios will be on your right side, just before the intersection with 44th Street.
